Delta Marines Football Club has registered 35 players for the 2023 Nationwide League One (NLO Division 1) season scheduled to commence on 26th April 2023.
The Asaba-based club, nicknamed the Blue Submarines will be hoping to do very well in its debut NLO 1 season. The club put up a decent performance in the State qualifiers of the 2023 AITEO/NFF Federation Cup game against experienced side, J. Atete FC, losing by two goals to one, after scoring first and dominating before conceding a late winner. Delta Marines FC right-back, Chukwuka Rhonic was named the player of the match in that encounter.
